6/23/26 One of the greatest meal experiences I’ve had, and one of my favorite experiences in Japan. Gotou-san is amazing in many ways. Not only was the lamb and carpaccio visually stunning and absolutely delicious, but the presence and company, and the conversations as a result, were what made the experience so spectacular.
