Located on the second floor of a building on Hinode Street in Sabae, Goucha cafe offers a casual and cozy atmosphere for those seeking a sweet treat or a trendy place to relax. It is gaining attention for its unique offerings, notably its Asian-inspired desserts like Taiwanese shaved ice and croffles—a combination of croissants and waffles—paired with beverages such as dalgona coffee. While the interior features limited seating at a counter and a couple of tables, it is noted for being welcoming to tourists and provides a mix of casual and trendy vibes.
Despite the developing menu, which currently includes options like fruit tea and waffles, there is no comprehensive presence on popular restaurant directories, leaving potential visitors with minimal online information, mostly through a Google listing. This could appeal to those who enjoy discovering hidden gems. Open from Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the cafe does not yet offer delivery services, but it does provide takeaway options for those on the go.
Visitor reviews highlight the delightful texture and taste of the shaved ice offerings and commend the friendliness of the staff, even noting the possibility of a language barrier. However, there is a lack of up-to-date information from the owners, as the most recent review was from a year ago, and specifics about any new developments are unavailable. Amenities at Goucha include basic facilities like a toilet, but the property does not have a wheelchair-accessible car park. Payment via PayPay is accepted, although some confusion persists regarding the listed name on the app.

鯖江駅前Goucha果茶さん、台湾のキウイフルーツティーとても美味しかったです、フルーツティーといっても日本の「フルーツフレーバー」で作られたお茶ではなく、味も見た目もまったくの別物です、美容と健康には最高です。
