Don't get Danny Bowien back. Laughable how bad it was....$280. Close to inedible. Would rather get a meal deal from Maccas and give the rest of the money to charity. Sitting next to Carlo Cracco...he looked as unimpressed as the rest of us!! Wonder what he thought...
Festival was ok. Bao buns...burgers...fried chicken. Pretty boring. Get innovative guys.
Sorry to be so negative. But we are 2 chefs from North East Victoria that couldn't afford to go. But we did and were EXTREMELY disappointed.
Indian dinner at the Safari Club was epic though. Cool chef, awesome staff ✌

The Sunset Beats and Bites at White Elephant Cafe on Saturday was simply fantastic. Great food, awesome venue and atmosphere, DJ was perfect (who was that???).
It just could have had another hour guys. 9pm was just too quick to call it with everyone having such a great time.
