The last few times Pizza has been average, small and not much topping and not hot but our visit last week was beyond bad. My friend asked if our pizza could be served hot. They were not very busy. It was a tuesday night. The pizza was stone cold. Had been sitting for a long time as no sauce on top of the pizza at all. It was all on the bottom which made pizza tasteless and greasy on the bottom and very dry and cold on the top. This never used to happen. It was so bad we could not even eat it and took it home to reheat. pizza was also very small and very little tasteless topping.
When my friend politely explained to the waiter when we paid she said oh well you have a voucher that makes up for it. No it really doesn't and both the food and service was really beyond awful. I have never left a bad review but we both felt this was beyond bad! Such a shame as it was a frequent for my friends and work colleagues.
