This is Gem in this area! I loved it! We ordered LA kalbi and spicy chicken, both of them were great! Not too salty, not too sweet, smoked bbq taste, just right! The owner was young and very friendly. The service was fantastic! Even bathroom was clean. This is a casual carry-out restaurant, we strongly recommend it. This belated review is regarding my food order of two weeks ago. My first visit is likely my last. The order of a chicken bowl & pork belly plate was not as good as most submitted reviews suggest. The protein for my order contained reheated meats, no question! Sadly disappointed having paid $35 for my take out order of leftovers. In all fairness to Goyaki patrons, it may be advisable to ask if meats are fresh cooked or reheated. I was looking forward to an excellent meal as noted in the great reviews but I am unable to duplicate a 5-star experience & will seek other restaurant options moving forward. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: My meal experience is obviously the exception, not the rule. Patrons need to try Goyaki and decide if it's to their liking & satisfaction.
