waited for 40 mins and still didn't receive my food (a salad) while everybody else gets theirs. By the way I was the only brown person and when asked how long it could take in a soft manner, got a rude answer. Living in a world where even for take-out I'm paying 20% tip and a decent response is all I ask for. Had to request refund and walk out. I haven't written a review in years, since the LAST TIME I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT GRACE COFFEE WHERE THEY (management/ownership) HADN'T FIXED THEIR COFFEE MACHINE IN WEEKS ! Again, I needed coffee and Grace Coffee Sun Prairie was right there. AGAIN, AFTER YEARS- their credit card machine wasn't working, which staff said was a constant problem. It was super busy and there was a line out the door because of this issue and they were woefully understaffed . Those working there were very nice but you could tell super frustrated by being unsupported by ownership/management and trying their best. WHY DO WE SUPPORT SUCH A CRAPPY RUN PLACE? A place that owners show us they have created for money, and not because they care at all about people or product? Because they paint butterfly wings on the chalkboard walls so you can instagram your Basic B self at Grace coffee? Does that make someone from Madison or Sun Prairie feel cool? Also, I got an "everything" croissant and it was literally a dinner roll. It had the consistency of a roll and was called a croissant. I guess, until next time when I'm again in a pickle and forced to grab a coffee at another Grace. Please tip there, I don't think anyone is happy who works there. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

On a business trip and decided to try Grace Coffee Co. And it did not disappoint! I went through the drive through and got an iced oat milk latte and a chorizo breakfast wrap. The espresso has great flavor and the breakfast wrap was quite tasty. It’s a little more on the expensive side- I paid $19 for two items, but the quality is good overall. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
