It's easy to find Graceland Bangkok by Grace Hotel due to its great location. But a number of people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.
Very Bad experience during my stay from Nov 12-17, 2024. The receptionist are rude except the Hijabi one. No sense of time, need to change the room at 2pm, but waited for other guests to check out till 5 pm. In the middle of the night electricity malfunction happened, asked the reception and waited for half an hour for the electrician. One good thing is lobby boys/men. They are very cooperative. Compared to price my rating would be 2/10. Service: 1
I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with an unpleasant experience I had while speaking with your reservations staff over the phone at 5:32 PM on 9-10-2024. When I inquired about booking a night, I was informed of the price, and when I politely asked if there were any discounts available, I received an inappropriate and rude response: “This is not a supermarket.” I feel that this behavior does not align with the level of service I expected from your hotel, and the employee clearly lacked proper customer service skills. For this reason, I decided not to proceed with my booking. I hope this matter will be taken seriously to improve future services. Service: 1
