I’d had been searching for good spanish food in Seoul for a while and I finally found it. I went in with extremely high expectations and still, Grados surpassed them. The owner was incredibly kind, and answered all of our questions. The food was unbelievable. We had the Beef tartare, croquettes, pork tenderloin pinchos, Paella, churros, and we got some refreshing sorbet on the house. Overall the beef tartare was the best bite I’ve had in a long time, but everything was incredibly delicious. We can’t wait to go again. Grados was popular Spanish restaurant in Sangsu and newly moved to this Garosugil. The owner Chef, Taeyong Won is proud of his modern Tapas and casual Spanish dishes, and according to his reputation, his cuisines are full of flavors! The price may look a little high but it’s truly worth it. Tapas are very appetizing and harmonious with its signature beverage, Tinto de Verano (15K KRW). Alhambra lager is also beloved one. Blistered peppers (10K) are very helpful for appetizing side dish. Among the main, Ragu Lasagna (25K) and Pulpo (33K) are recommendable but can be sold out early. Don’t forget to try the Paella (39K) which is very savory so I enjoyed even the scorched rice on the pan. I really enjoyed this wonderful & tasteful Spanish casual dining and thank to Mr. Won. Staffs are professional and attentive. There are spacious hall tables and PDR for private dinings. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
