Our server Tammy was excellent. It was a full restaurant but with her professionalism, she catered to us ( a party of 8) like we were the only table. She is a real asset to the company. Our out of town guest were quite impressed. Of course the food was excellent also. This local pub was a hidden find for us on our way into western North Carolina for a week long deployment. We couldn't have picked a better place on our way in to get our final served meal before the deployment in the field began. The staff were extremely friendly, the food was absolutely delicious. The young lady serving as the bartender was very conversational and helped us on direction on are way up. Highly recommend the fruit salad with chicken, and the shrimp for an appetizer. Will definitely come back again if in the area! And thanks for the flag of our team in the bar, Roll Tide! Stumbled upon Graff's Tavern while looking on Google Maps for places to eat in Franklin ... and so happy we did! Ten year old granddaughter got a Rise n Shine Burger with Onion Rings and could not have been happier. She couldn't finish it, but made a seriously heroic attempt! Daughter got a Tavern Burger made with Elk and commented multiple times over how tasty it was. Wife got medium rare petite sirloin with fries and onion rings (she knew she was sharing LOL) and it was perfectly executed. Better than a well known chain's petite sirloin by far! I had a Big Money Burger with fries and was very happy with it. Tender, juicy with a little bit running down your hand so you're looking for more napkins... We roam through the area often, so we will keep this spot on our list! Kid-friendliness: When we visited it was entirely appropriate for our 10 year old granddaughter. In fact, there were a few families there at the time.
