We had the special grouper dinner and we both really enjoyed it. The she crab soup was very good and the salad was also very good. House made dressing was amazing. Our server Connie was very nice and very efficient. We had a window table with a view of the marsh. Go here for an enjoyable seafood dinner, you won't be disappointed.

Decided to get out of Dodge and take a ride north to Myrtle. Luckily missed being delayed by the the Georgetown "Bridge to Bridge" race, clearly one of the ugliest venues around for anyone bothering to put on a pair of jogging shoes. Nothing yells "scenic run" more than a smelly Paper Mill and a not-long-for-this-world Steel plant. Made our obligatory stop at the Hammock Shop Village in Pawley's where we long-ago purchased the obligatory hammock (and have never once sat in it). Why this place is in business is beyond me, other that being a tax dodge for the store owners. South Carolina is most definitely not known for it's retail scene. Deciding to drive along the water, we came upon Graham's Landing in Murrell's Inlet, a sister joint to the one that used to be in G-Town. This one sat on the water with a sliver of a view of the marsh and ocean and that of a down-in-the-mouth stucco home that needed major power-washing. A pretty decrepit looking spot (the restaurant and the house). Food was utterly unimpressive. Not worth the trip, considering that there's a massive choice of restaurants further down the road. Live and learn. Drove further on into Garden City Beach (very typical of the more seedy parts of the Jersey Shore). Definitely decided to hightail it back to civilization (gave up on Myrtle). At least it was a quiet ride on a sunny day.

The food was awful. Slimy green beans and stuffed baked potato was not good fish was just ok. Won’t be going back there to eat.
We sat on the back patio and I could smell a dumpster and the parking is terrible.
