Had our food delivered and everything was amazing! Food was still hot and the pizza was probably the best we've had! Great flavor and despite the miserable weather, our delivery person still showed up with a smile and was so nice! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Hawaiian Pizza, Chicken Strips and Fries

First time ever ordering from Granada, we got the two for one chicken ceasar salads and the two for one chicken straps and fries. They gave us one of each and the salad wasn't even a personal size, it was enough to feed a hamster. The salad alone was $20. I'm super disappointed. Update: My sister and her fiancée said you could easily tell the food was frozen and the salad wasn't even good. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello there,I am sorry to hear about your negative experience at our restaurant. I understand that you feel you were overcharged for your takeout order. As looking into system and my server, she took your order for a 2 for 1 mix, which included a chicken strip with fries and a side chk Caesar salad each. The total for this order should have been $28.99 plus tax, which comes to $30.45 which was charged when order was given and Which i can see in system,I have checked our system and can confirm that we have not charged any salads that are priced at $20, even for the largest size. Our 2 for 1 prices are for side orders, as it is clearly stated on the menu. I have tried to contact you three times to discuss this matter further, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. I am not sure what happened in this case, but I can assure you that no one was intentionally charged $20 for a salad. I would be happy to look into this matter further and resolve it to your satisfaction. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns. I've been in Powell River for a little over 3 weeks and I've order 4 different Pizzas, 3 different styles wings, and a few different appetizers. Everything has been #SuperDelicious, and the Pizza & Wings deserve their own review, because they are out of this world! The owners & staff members are friendly & welcoming, and have really made me feel at home. I LOVE Granada Restaurant in Powell River BC!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
