Came in here to get some breakfast and coffee while waiting for a family member to have outpatient surgery. I was a little hesitant due to the poor reviews but that was unfounded. The atmosphere feels a little weird like it’s meant to be an office not a coffee shop but there was comfortable seating and I spent most of my time waiting during the surgery here. The coffee is Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters. I ordered a caramel macchiato which was excellent. I also had a little pizza bagel thing that was delicious. The staff working were lovely and my order was made super quick. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Me and my hubby go there a few times a week and everytime we go the service is horrible the lady's that work there are rude very very rude and I am sorry but they should not be that rude it's customer service I went yesterday Tuesday the 8th and there was 2 lady's working and they just where loud and obnoxious rude u said thank u they didn't even have the decency to say your welcome they just where laughing and talking about people it's not ok that's why black people have the stigma they have cause of how these two where I will go there again but if they are there and rude and doing what they did Tuesday I will never take my business there again 7 dollars for a coffee and a donut I can go someplace else and get half dozen donuts and a coffee for that but I am trying to surport you guys do what I am saying is if you guys are going to charge a arm and leg at least have good service thank u very much for your time I hope this makes someone see and release what there workers are doing it's not ok thank u again and god bless
