We wanted to make a reservation in this hotel for one night during our vacation in northern Italy and were surprised to learn that dogs over 15 kilos are not allowed (ours is 19)! Completely stupid! With such a mentality, we are glad we chose another hotel even if it means paying more. Too bad for you, our money will go elsewhere! Service: 1

Still my fave hotel on med coast of Italy. Older property done right. Service is outstanding, free breakfast is delish, private beach and Olympic pool are delightful. I have seen lots of group events here and everyone seems to be quite satisfied. I’ve not eaten in the main dining room but I’d expect it to be of the same careful quality. Service: 5
