When I entered the room the were cockroaches on the floor and wall. I requested another room and the person from reception told me that it has never happened before. When checking out I mentioned the incident again, and the person from the reception told me that they have been having issues with cockroaches for months now due to issues all over the city. This is not true, I regularly stay in Cluj at prestigious hotels like Courtyard by Marrot, Hamptons by Hilton, Double-Tree by Hilton and this has never happened before. Food at breakfast looked old and stale, especially the breakfast meats who were dry and changed color, looking like they have been out of the fridge for at least 3 days. Unclean shower. Service: 1

I attended to a wedding recently there. Nice location, food so so for my taste, workers are reasonable. I had a bad experience last year regarding the cocteils but this is my experience , somebody might have a better opinion. Service: 4
