The best hamburger joint in Gallup, NM. Burgers are hand-pressed and always freshly made. Green chili is mighty hot and always in season. When in Gallup and you're hungry for some home made burgers, stop by Grandpa's Grill. Awesome. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH FOOD TODAY!!! I EVEN CALL TO SPEAK W/MANAGER. HE WAS ALSO NOT VERY HELPFUL NOR FIX MY PROBLEM. I DIDN'T APPRECIATE MY SERVICE AT ALL. LAST TIME ME & MY CO WORKER'S ARE EATING THERE AGAIN. SAD, IT WASN'T HARD TO APOLOGIZE NOR FIX THE PROBLEM BUT NEITHER ONE WAS DONE.
