The restaurant, located in the Centennial Hotel, has a rich history that dates back to 1876… It was named to commemorate the country’s first 100 years… One of the first homes for the aged in New Hampshire… It's current brick structure was rebuilt in 1882 from the original wooden structure...
Over the stereo system the sounds of Louie Armstrong could be heard adding to the already magnificent ambiance… If I wasn't on business I'd probably stay at the hotel…
And so it begins… Freshly baked rolls… House Whipped Butter alongside Herbed Cream Cheese…Wonderfully light snd flavorful… the combination of Olive Oil, Butter and Cream Cheese really brings the rolls to life!
The Chef sent out a Grilled Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto… Grilled Cherry Tomatoes… Basil Pesto and Parmesan… The preparation and plating was perfect…
