I'm an American visiting Colac, Australia, with my Australian wife and her family, and we decided to stop here after a friend highly recommended it. I'm so glad we did because everything was absolutely fantastic! The wait staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I ordered a breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, and extra toast, and everything was cooked perfectly and arrived at our table incredibly quickly. I have to give a special mention to the mushrooms—they were absolutely fantastic! Everything on the plate was full of flavor and cooked exactly right. I also had both an iced latte and a hot latte, and they were both amazing. Great food, excellent coffee, fast service, and genuinely friendly people—what more could you ask for? I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Colac. Just don't sleep in too late because they close at 2:30 PM, and you definitely don't want to miss out! We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely come back again. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $100–120

Overall a solid cafe with decent food options. What I would highlight is the relatively high prices, which makes it a not so great value for money. Also, service was friendly but a bit slow given what we had ordered. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Great staff... Wonderful coffee.... Decided to stop in and finally have coffee and a late breakfast in Colac and was very happy with this beautiful cafe. Staff were extremely friendly from the second I walked in. Took a seat and straight away one of the wonderful staff was ready to take my order at the table....Coffee was beautiful and the breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Very well done. I will be coming back to Gravity Cafe Bar.Thank you.
