Many visitors of this confectionary restaurant state that tasty biscuits are offered here. The cute staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Good service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of Great American Cookies. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

I’ll give them a two star the cookies are normally good I only been once before but I just left 1/16/25 and the cookies taste like dish soap.

Im not even Disappointed! (Yes i am a kid but I recommend to go here) they got great cookies but price might be alot but still worth it. Co-Workers is Good but hey it still worth it ( yes im a bit late) PLS STOP MAKING me SO HUNGRY CAUSE IT TOO GOOD

I called to place an order and the gentleman on the phone told me that I did not need to place the order so soon, that they only needed a 24 hours notice. I call to place the order 24 hours in advance, as directed, and the lady informs me that I should have placed it earlier and they could not fulfill it. I explained to her what I was told and she explained that they "ran out of cookie dough" and could not fulfill my order. Zero degree of professionalism.
