This confectionary restaurant serves good ice cream, creamy cakes and biscuits. A number of reviewers consider the staff well-trained. If you want to enjoy fine service, you should go to Great American Cookies. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

Love this location! Always very friendly and helpful. Last time I went in I was in a bit of a time crunch; they confirmed they could get me in and out in no time and then did just that. The place is clean, cookies are made well, ice cream tastes great. I wish I'd gotten a name for who helped me today but the staff here really are great!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service AGAIN!! Tonight we went to get some ice cream. It was a little bit packed. We were the last coming in around 8:30 ish. The young lady working there saw us and started to roll her eyes. She decided to grab the mop and start mopping. As we are just standing there is said absolutely nothing to us. Finally she stopped mopping and put down the mop. I ask her if they are closed she said no. My daughter told her the ice cream she wanted. The young lady proceeded and grab the cone with the gloves still on that she wore while mopping!!! GROSS!! The young gentleman was helping my other daughter. I was preoccupied with them as he was polite and helpful. We paid and left and my daughter told me the young lady did not change her gloves. I REALIZE THAT SHE DID NOT. WE THREW THE ICE CREAM IN THE TRASH. I believe I’ve had the same experience with this same young lady. I will never return to this location again. Just nasty behavior and nasty food handing.

We go to this location often to get ice cream. The teenagers that work there are the most miserable people to have working. None of them smile, they are rude, do not speak. They take your order and before your transaction is even finished processing, they are already in the back. No one is ever in the main part of the store, they are always in the back. When we order ice cream, we get mixed ins. The workers hardly even mix them in. The napkin holders are always empty. I’m not saying that we need to be entertained, but the employees need to be more friendly and at least pretend they are happy and they have a job in customer service. *we love the ice cream*
