Awful. Ordered a smoky burger through Uber eats, comes with onions smoky BBQ sauce bacon etc. Came plain no onions no sauce just buns a burger and bacon, called up to explain it had come with nothing on it and the response was “if you wanted salad and sauce you have to request it in the notes” Baffled. If you order a meat feast pizza do you have to say you want cheese tomato and meat on it? Rather they admitted they made a mistake than lie down the phone to me and make it more frustrating than it already was.

Used to order from here regularly and always enjoyed the food. Ordered last night and really disappointed. The pizza toppings were really sparse. My wife used to like the vegetarian pizza as they were generously topped and included olives which is a rarity nowadays but this time we had a slight spattering of pepper, onion & sweetcorn in 6.5 inch radius from the centre leaving nearly half of each slice veg free. The pepperoni pizza averaged nearly 1 piece of meat per slice with two slices having no pepperoni on at all. We ordered 4 items and on receipt of delivery they were only lukewarm and I had to reheat the pizzas. They registered 22 degrees Celsius with a food probe thermometer. A far cry from the delicious pizzas we remembered. Really sad to see yet another takeaway we used to really enjoy letting its standards slip.
