Dear Great Wall Buffet... Your food is AMAZING, but you really REALLY need to pay more attention to the temperature of your seafood. I saw that your shrimp were on ice, but when I cracked a crab claw the meat was definitely warm and had been sitting. Take another look at the crab? It's FILTHY! Some had rot holes through the claws, but over all there's this dingy film on all of them! Then there's your crawfish only the opposite: the crawfish were in liquid and were room temp instead of kept hot. When I sampled crawfish tail I could TASTE the bad. It was rubbery and you could smell/taste the age. We were there the better part of 3 hours. Not once did I see anyone come out to tend the buffet, especially the seafood which needs to be changed out every couple hours. Needless to say... I'm very very sick today. Seafood is not something you should screw with. I will say thank you very much for the amazing amount of keto friendly options and sugar free jello, maybe even a thank you for the "magic crab diet" that you unwittingly offered. I'm sure I'll lose at least 30lbs before the vomiting lets up. Plus side: Your bathrooms are immaculate and the food IS extremely delicious!
