A lot of guests point out that waiters serve good egg rolls, wontons and sweet & sour chicken here. Many visitors note that you can drink good coffee at this restaurant. Clients don't highly appreciate biscuits at Great Wall.

Absolutely terrible service and food! This establishment has gone downhill in the last 6 months and I’m not sure what is going on. I ordered the same general Tsos and cheese wontons I usually get. The cheese wontons had a microscopic amount of filling making the appetizer just fried wonton wrappers and the general tsos was so over cooked and rubbery I couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites! A total waste of $33 dollars and a 20% tip! I will not be eating her eating here again until some major changes are made or just go back to the way you made the food a year ago! Highly disappointing and disrespectful over the phone with no solutions for their problems! 0 out of 5 stars! This food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was so over cooked I could not even chew it and when I called to let them know they said oh we are so sorry it won't happen again. Like what? No. I want the 50 dollar chicken I paid for. They were so rude and disrespectful. The manager said she would send us more chicken and they never showed up. Definitely do not suggest!!! I guess they're used to feeding drunk college kids that don't care what it tastes like or if it's even edible. I have always been satisfied with the food I ordered from Great Wall restaurant. The service is fast, the food actually tastes good and even on a budget, a person can get rice and mixed vegetables for a little bit of money.
