We have visited this restaurant four times, hoping our first experiences were just isolated incidents. Unfortunately, every visit was inconsistent and disappointing. The same dishes were prepared differently each time. There was no consistency in quality. On one visit, the pasta had an unpleasant smell. My fish was served with cilantro and onions the first time, but on the following visits those ingredients were missing. On another visit, the potatoes were burnt and served with sun-dried tomatoes instead. It felt like we were ordering the same dishes but receiving completely different meals every time. The service was equally disappointing. The waiters spent much of their time on their phones instead of paying attention to guests. Hot and cold dishes were brought to the table at different times, so we couldn’t enjoy our meal together. A restaurant should provide consistency, especially when customers return multiple times. We wanted to love this place because it’s in such a beautiful village, but experiences like this make it difficult to recommend. I hope the management focuses on improving quality control, consistency, and customer service, because the location deserves a restaurant that matches its potential.

Grecco is a super nice spot in Byblos for both sunset drinks and a relaxing dinner by the sea! It’s tucked beautifully between the rocks, the setting is unique. The food and drinks were very good, and the overall vibe was lively yet relaxing, with a DJ adding great music without being overwhelming. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the evening. A great place to enjoy the sea views, good food, and a memorable night out! Highly Recommended to try.
