I was extremely disappointed in the service at Greco. I have been to other locations and was looking forward to trying this one as well. My husband and I went for dinner and it took 25 minutes for us to get our food. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time that we ordered. After we ordered two other groups arrived, and they both were served their food before us. We asked them multiple times about our food, and there was no apology or offer for reimbursement. The servers did not seem to care at all that we were waiting and seemed to forget that we were even there. The food was fine but could not make up for the horrible service.
