We love the cicchetti (aka Italian tapas) style of eating which we’ve enjoyed elsewhere (in London) before. Vero (“True”) do it very well - and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I started with the Triangoli Scamorza - little fried triangular ravioli - which were delicious but could’ve been hotter. We also shared Arancini which were bloody perfect! I had Mediterranean Pasta, absolutely delicious, and my companions had the Gorgonzola Papardelle, Asparagus Risotto and Sea Bream. We also ordered veg accompaniments - you need these as the dishes are small (by design) but we were totally satisfied at the end. I don’t usually have desert, but I’m so glad I did tonight: we all agreed it was the best tiramisu any of us have had: not sloppy! And not too dry. Just perfect, with a slight (sufficient) hint of alcohol. Thanks! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
