I ordered via uber. The delivery took 1hr 20mins. I appreciate the delivery is outside of their control. But the food was delivered 50mins after it was ready for pick up. It was stone cold and completely in edible. Have you eaten halloumi fries that are cold? It was like a pencil rubber to touch. The gyros was cold also. The water bottle was warm. The delivery should have been recooked due to the wait. Poor effort and customer service. Terrible business plan being that short minded. Even if the service has failed, and pick up was delayed. Still make sure your product is 5* don’t allow other people’s inadequacies ruin your product! Real shame. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
