As a frequent visitor and property owner in Otsego County, I’m in Oneonta a couple of times a year. Always go to Green Earth. Always left satisfied and happy. Not today. I was verbally abused while waiting for my sandwich by the very person making my sandwich He snapped at me for spelling my name and waiting for my sandwich in front of the ‘pick up order here’ sign. It was embarrassing, disconcerting and confusing. I don’t understand why he was so mean. When he was finished with my sandwich, he slammed it down and walked back into the kitchen while calling me a name.

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me find the herbal remedies I was looking for quickly. As an added bonus, I got my lunch while I was there. I am currently on a very restrictive diet, but they had something already on the menu to fit my needs. Thank you Green Earth, for being my go-to Health Food and herbal remedy source for 33 years now!! (Yep, I was going to your store when it was at its old location!).
