Criminally underrated. When I entered this restaurant I was taken aback by the fact that it was completely empty while the street was teeming with people. Every other restaurant seemed to have some activity except for Green Rice, so I decided to give the place a chance. Don't let the low prices deter you, the food is wonderful and the portions are generous. As soon as I sat down, people came pouring in. The ambiance is as barebones as it gets, and the charm of the place lies in its simplicity. A few tables, a huge photograph of a woman (which I found hilariously misplaced yet quirky in an attractive way) and the sympathy of the owners are part what you can expect. I doubt you'd be disappointed at the price point they conduct their business. Give it a try! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
