You can tell us that locals are not welcome in your bar or write on the wall "Armenians,dogs, Jews are not welcome". Karaoke is for having fun. We were supposed to celebrate our friend's birthday. We sang different songs just like the others. And your "special" guests also sang some shitty russian songs and that's ok. But you had a problem with specific Armenian staff. That sucks.
If the same situation happened in Moscow in a bar runned by Armenians, Russians and Georgians and russian women came to have fun and were told they are not allowed to sing russian shanson I can imagine what would happen with that non russian owners and what that women would do. We don't approve it, but that's a fact

They stole my deposit and never gave it back, don’t bother coming here. Horrible service, horrible staff, tiny room, and they blatantly lied to me and took my money. Just go to beatles, the venue, or calumet instead. All 1000x better and they don’t scam you Price per person: ֏20,000+

Здравствуйте. Ваш отзыв это искажение ситуации. Вы бронировали стол где-то на 20 человек в пятничный вечер, занимая половину бара. В таких случаях заранее оговаривается депозит, что и было сделано, это стандартная практика. Это не «возвратный залог», а минимальный счёт. В итоге ваша компания провела у нас вечер, заняв половину бара, но не добрала даже до депозита и затем потребовала вернуть часть суммы. Наши сотрудники повторно несколько раз спокойно объяснили условия на месте. На следующий день менеджер дополнительно обсудил ситуацию с вами, недопонимание было урегулировано. Жаль, что у вас остались негативные впечатления. Но если формат и правила заведения вам не подходят, возможно, вам действительно будет комфортнее в других местах.
