If I could attach a picture I would. Ordered chicken tenders and got burnt ends of chicken. Completely inedible. Will not be wasting my time or money here again. Completely disgusting!

I was not given a receipt for my order and they had given me all the wrong items and over charged me. When I called back, Ricardo said they do not ever do refunds, which is a lie. They continued to call me bad names in Spanish, not knowing that I fully understood what they are saying. They said because I had taken a bite out of my food they would not do it but after I came in 3 different times, they refunded the order which is a surprise because apparently they don't do them? I come here every day and Today was the worse experience I have ever had. Not even the manager cared about my complaints. Ricardo acted as if I was trying to play a trick and did not validate my concerns at all. They really do not know what they are doing.
