Just WHOAH. The BEST steamed mussels (muel frites) I’ve had, no joke. I’ve had steamed muscles a decent number of times around the US, mostly in SF, but wow this was so good and the portion was surprisingly worth the bang of your buck. Their onion soup was also great. I feel like this is very authentic French food, and decor vibes. Overall we would come back to try their other foods and enjoy the atmosphere! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100

Had a great dinner and cocktails night here a couple Sundays ago. Sad to see the restaurant is closed. Hope it opens back up. Really loved the vibe, service, food, and drinks!

I came to Brasserie with a few friends during Dine Out Boston and was excited because the menu looked great and the restaurant had wonderful  reviews. Our dinner started off lovely with some cocktails and our appetizers (Brasserie Salad and the Gazpacho). Unfortunately, it went extremely downhill after that. We waited almost an hour for our entrees, and when they arrived, we were all disappointed. My steak frites was incredibly salty and cold and my friend's steak frites was uncooked in multiple areas. Our other friend's gnocchi was fine but nothing spectacular. We had to wait forever for our server even though it wasn't a busy evening in the restaurant. We had basic requests, such as a spoon for the gazpacho or an extra fork because one was dropped, but even those requests were hardly met. I would not recommend this restaurant and I most likely will not be coming back.
