Had a slight mistake in order through Uber eats. Drove to the restaurant to return the food and was met by the loveliest team of staff. They dealt with it immediately in such a kind manner, making the order fresh and providing us with complimentary dessert. The food was also really delicious. Would love to eat in the restaurant next time. Cannot recommend enough! We have been to Greetaly a few times now and had takeaways and it has been amazing. However, we recently visited for my birthday and it just wasn't the same from the table not being ready (booked weeks in advance), barely any sauce on the halloumi, dry chicken and a very long wait for the main course (well over an hour). Also when we visited for my mums birthday, it was recognised and she got a free dessert - this time, nothing despite it being on the booking and them being told while we were there. Really disappointed and won't be rushing back :(. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40
