There were 5 staffs at Greggs and they let 1 trainee on a till with 20 people waiting in a queue. The rest of the staff were acting busy and seem like they were working on the same thing despite the fact that the whole queue was waiting. I waited 20 mins until my turn but there were only 2 customers in front of me. Absolutely terrible staff arrangement and all the staff ignored the presence of a long queue. I was there at 16:25pm, got my food at 16:45. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Service: 1

i am a regular greggs customer but this review is not for greggs its for the person working there HARK on this store .He was being soo rude not welcoming . Morning coffee should be served with a smile not staring at someone with agression like having something personal. I personally recommened to give him some extra training before letting him to serve customers . He spoiled my whole day.
