I came into Greggs recently and Rhiannon was incredibly helpful and friendly. She took the time to help me with my order, answered my questions politely, and made me feel really welcome. You could tell she genuinely cared about giving good customer service and keeping everything running smoothly. It was such a positive experience, and her attitude really stood out. This is a relatively small branch of Greggs, and is take-away only, as there are no tables. Located within Sainsbur's Petrol Station.
