We have just been to Greggs 4 pools Evesham. We bought two hot bakes. A Chicken and a vegetable. My wife bit into the vegetable bake. It was freezing cold. We went straight to the counter. To be told. There is nothing they could do. Very poor customer service. Will not be visiting again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
