The hot food is always cold. Why? And the sandwich i just bought had rock hard bread. Definitely not prepared today. They used to do to good to go here but now they just re sell the food the next day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service that runs hot and cold — much like the steak bake I had the last time I visited, they'll hand you without a flicker of shame. Inconsistent. Indifferent. Operating on whatever internal schedule suits them, which apparently doesn't include staying open past a time that might actually be useful to anyone. Seven forty-five in the evening, and you want a sausage roll? Good luck. You're on your own. I've been to enough Greggs to have developed opinions I'm not entirely proud of. This one sits at the bottom of that list — and given the baseline we're working with, that takes genuine effort.
