To match the enthusiasm of customers, and the obvious efforts of the staff who bring hot food to the counter ready for sale, it would be great if the serving staff did their job with more alacrity. You can get a fairly hopeless feeling sometimes, especially when you have only made it half way along the queue. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
