There's always something wrong with this Greggs. Once, thinking I was a tourist, I paid £3 more, and I don't know why...when there's a specific gentleman there, I don't go anymore. Yesterday, I accidentally paid someone else's total. The girl said to put my card in so they could refund me. I trusted her, and I was wrong. They took my money twice. I'll never go to this Greggs again. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share this experience. I went into Greggs expecting a quick bite and decent service, but instead, I was met with one of the rudest managers I’ve ever encountered. I had a simple question about an item, and their tone was completely uncalled for—dismissive, abrupt, and honestly quite unpleasant. It made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable, not just for me but for others in the shop too. I’ve been to other Greggs locations and never had an issue, so this was disappointing. Definitely not the kind of customer service you’d expect from such a popular chain. Hope they address the staff attitude at this branch, because this visit left a really bad taste.
