Not a bad word to say! Came in this morning for breakfast and matcha with my parents. Sheila was such a lovely lady, very chatty and excellent service. Put a smile on our faces, everyone that came in she was lovely and interactive with. You really have a good member of staff here! Always cold food from this outlet, rude customer service from Angela every time too. She’s also been awarded the slowest Greggs employee ever as well.
