Very busy shop food was fine and managed to have a seat. The temperature is quite hot, and the richness is notably moreso than in other cheap-chain hot chocolates, however the consistency is lacking massively, with the bottom of the drink being terribly grainy. However, a low price is appreciated. 4/10
