I was in your shop this afternoon was going to buy some food and a coffee but I did nt as there were pigeons walking around the floor at the counter and I genuinely thought I was in africia as the amount of flies around the coffee machine and indeed in the case where pasties and slices are stored if food in the cases were hot this would not happen. An elderly lady was sitting on a chair outside with thousands of feathers and fag ends all over the outside area disgusting with spilt drink containers the council have street washing facilities surely you could make use of this I look forward to having a coffee and somthing to eat soon when these problems have been sorted out

Never enough staff on at lunch time, always takes ages to get served. Then the staff forget what you have ordered and don't give you what asked for! Food is great but unsure the hassle of getting lunch there is worth it tbh
