Thank you to Geoff and his staff especially Jamie for helping us order a large order for a charity event on Saturday. The kids and adults loved the banquet especially the donuts. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It has been three times in a row now where I end up missing an item. It’s ridiculous, don’t do delivery. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited this Greggs today and was disappointed by the customer service. I greeted the cashier when I got to the till, but I didn't receive a reply. He simply asked, "Is that all?" referring to the items I was buying. After I paid, I said, "Thank you," but again, there was no response. What made the experience more upsetting was that the customers behind me were greeted warmly and politely by the same cashier. Seeing the difference in how we were treated left me feeling unwelcome and wondering why my greeting and thanks were ignored. I understand that everyone can have an off day, and I can't say why this happened, but I hope all customers are treated with the same level of courtesy and respect.
