So delicious! I had pistachio and gianduia with whipped cream - a vegan delight ! It's right by the Jewish ghetto in the square with the fa ous turtle fountain

This was the worst ice cream I‘ve ever had. We got the chocolate, almond and caramel. The chocolate was bitter and the consistency was grainy. The almond is also very grainy and doesnt have an almond flavour. The caramel was the worst, it was green and tasted like lemon. Zero caramel flavour. We drove 40 minutes to try this vegan gelato and would not do it again. Also, the wipped cream cost extra, but at least it was the only good thing about this gelato.

Hello Eline, we are very sorry for your experience. Yes the chocolate flavour is quite bitter because is sugarfree, as all the other flavours. Grainy too because everything is raw and natural, made with organic almonds. And about caramel, we are very sorry, but probably you have been served the lemon cream flavour, not the caramel. This is absolutely our fault.

We visited Grezzo Raw Chocolate and tried their ice cream and a hazelnut dessert called “Emblema.” The ice cream was really nice, smooth and rich in flavour. On the other hand, the hazelnut dessert was a bit too intense for me. The hazelnut taste was very strong, and after a few bites, it became overwhelming. Still, it's a good spot if you enjoy vegan, raw, rich desserts and want to try something different.
