Grid & Grill Riyadh is a dining spot located on Sulimanyah that offers both dine-in and outdoor seating options. The restaurant, unfortunately, lacks comprehensive listings on popular restaurant platforms, mostly maintaining just a minimal profile on Facebook. Information from the establishment itself seems to be sparse, with key details such as operating hours not provided.
Visitor feedback showcases a mix of experiences. On one hand, some patrons found the staff friendly and appreciated the meals. However, others reported issues like insufficient staff attention, long wait times for orders, and empty salad bars requiring frequent refills. Reviews suggest a level of disorganization, which may affect one's dining experience. It's worth noting that the most recent review comes from over a year ago, highlighting a gap in current information about the establishment's operations and service quality.

"We made a reservation two days prior to dining in, but surprisingly, no staff attended to us at our table. The restaurant seemed disorganized and understaffed. We ordered the unlimited tenderloin steak and shake, but the salad bar was empty. We had to inform the available staff to refill it. Our orders took almost an hour to arrive, and to make matters worse, our drinks were never served. We ended up leaving and transferring to another establishment. The customer service was extremely poor; it seemed like they didn't care about their customers' experience. They failed to accommodate their patrons."
