Closes early but with a dedicated staff. Normally I won't buy a steak out and about because I bbq quite well myself. Took a chance on a ribeye.....was reverse seared and spot on mi rare as I ordered. Sad I am to admit I probably couldn't do better myself. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Honestly probably the worst place I've ever gone in Eugene and Springfield due to their poor customer service and rude front barlady. Imagine also allowing your customers to heckle someone and let them make their offensive side commentary when all I'm trying to do is pick up an order. You couldn't give me an estimated time for the food to be ready, you ignored me when I arrived, and after 20 min. You still ignore me even when the food is sitting on the counter. Will never return and will be telling everyone I know. I dont wanna pull the race card here but something about this place is fishy! Avoid unless you're a regular . Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are a place that is built on customer service and i would really like the time you were in and what you ordered. We are always wanting to correct any situation like this with staff and especially with new staff members regarding quality of service. If you could let me know the day and time I will take a look and make sure your experience with customer service doesn't happen with staff that was there.
