Don’t ever order on th Grill City Mobile app it’s terrible. If you try to call for help nobody is picking up that phone. This is specifically for the Oxnard location. Hi Citygrill of Oxnard Owner My name is Arlene Seva Your foods, Atmosphere is extremely excellent but the Service Is Poor & I am very disappointed/ Upset!! ( I Ordered Pansit Palabok & 1 of your employees never help me every time I came to your Citygrill in Oxnard & I ordered my foods in Citygrill Oxnard I don't know her name that she's an older/old lady. I ask her why is it every time I come here to order my food you don't help me & you're ignoring me? And her resonse is because you called me rude the last time. My response to her I did calling you rude the last time due to I was in the first line & you didn't help to get my order & that you was helping the other customer behind me first & not me. And she's doing it all the time every time I go to your Citygrill to buy my foods. Citygrill Owner she's your employee you're paying her hourly & what you're paying her it's comes out of my pocket to pay my foods what I ordered every time I go to Citygrill to buy foods.
