Jorge was such a nice dude, who cooked everything really well ESPECIALLY the french fries SO GOOD. The hot dogs were great too, as in the name, his grill was hot and the dogs were super tasty. I had the Argentinian Chorizo Dog, which wasn't so spicy like traditional mexican chorizo, it was subtle but delicious with caramelised onions and bacon. My wife got the frankfurter and the kids got the "Pavo" which is a turkey dog. Everyone left happy! The price was a great deal relatively speaking for the area... btw, he doesn't serve beer, but he allows you to bring in your own. There's no bathroom, but there are restaurants across the street that you can probably use if you're nice enough it's a one-man show so just be ready for maybe some of the menu items not being available, but whatever is, is really really good! Holy Mexican Hot Dog God!!! ANOTHER hidden gem in San Pancho. I wish we would have found this place earlier in our trip to San Pancho. Must try when you’re in town. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
