A lot of people point out that waiters serve nicely cooked burgers here. Sadly, if you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is knowledgeable at this restaurant. Decent service is something that visitors would like to improve here. As guests' comments display, sometimes the atmosphere at Grill Factory can be exotic. I decided to dine at this place after 2 years again, but this time I wanted to surprise my wife with some authentic steak. Unfortunately, their service was not up to par, as we had to wait for over an hour for our food to be served to us at our table. And finally when our food was brought to the table the quality of the food was poor. Starting first with the tamahawk steak, it was very dry, and second, the spicy chicken sandwich was very soggy. The environment of this place has changed from a restaurant to more like a hookah lounge. The ratio of patrons being served hookah versus food is 8 to 2. And perhaps the worst part of our experience by far was when my wife pointed to a small size cockroach running on the edge of our dining table which grossed us both out. The overall experience was poor compared to my previous visit mainly due to the quality of their food. When a restaurant charges their patrons premium prices for their food then the customer should also expect to receive premium food quality in return. The price that they charge for their food versus the quality food you get do not equate.
