We went to the Canadian BBQ at the Grillakademie. Very approachable grill master who is happy to answer questions and is happy to explain and help. Thanks Gerd! Thanks to Heidi for a great service that runs incredibly unobtrusively and quickly. If you want and feel like it, you can work from start to finish. And you can learn tips and tricks along the way. The topic resonated well with me and the recipes implemented were consistently very tasty. The food used is of very good quality. I'm already looking forward to implementing one or two things at home and making my own minced meat conjured up with a knife. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a wonderful evening at the Canadian BBQ with Gerd and Heidi. In addition to the culinary delicacies from the grill, there were plenty of cold drinks and lots of tips from the experts.
