my normal sized order (burger, friends, and a shake) took over 40 minutes to arrive and when i went and asked politely about my order - i was brushed off and told “oh we haven’t even started your order yet” and was met with a half-ass “sorry”. 40 mins for food considered to be ‘fast food’ is appalling. get a grip.
